Your health or workout should never break the bank.  Come check out this class, and be prepared to SWEAT!!!  We offer a cross training concept that never disappoints.  Variety in your training is key to a balanced and stimulating workout.  Classes include low impact aerobic exercises, free weights, core conditioning and stretching.  All fitness levels welcomed.  (no classes on holidays).  Class Fee: $85.00
