STEP ONE: CREATE STUDENT ACCOUNT AND ID
Please click HERE to set up your account and student ID. After you complete your student account, you must return back to the website to complete following steps.
STEP TWO: COMPLETE STUDENT GUIDELINES AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS FORM
Click HERE to review and submit the student form.
STEP THREE: COMPLETE STUDENT TECHNOLOGY INTAKE SURVEY
Click HERE to fill out and submit technology survey.
STEP FOUR: COMPLETE PHOTO/SOCIAL MEDIA CONSENT AND RELEASE FORM
Click HERE to fill out and submit consent form.
STEP FIVE: SCHEDULE YOUR ORIENTATION APPOINTMENT
Please call us at (530) 662-0798 to schedule your orientation appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, please call our office prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being placed on a 90 day waitlist to reschedule.

- For the benefit of all participants, please note that the orientation/testing room is for registered students only. Guests, including children or other adults, cannot be accommodated
- For all students interested in the High School Diploma Program, please bring an Official Transcript from the last school you attended.
- Please remember to bring a valid, unexpired photo ID to your orientation appointment
