Culinary Arts II
Building upon the foundations of professional cooking, Culinary Arts II is designed for students eager to expand their expertise into the commercial side of food production. This "concentrator" course moves beyond basic skills to focus on the visual aspects of food, professional presentation, and the complexities of catering operations.
Course Details

- Timeline: October 20, 2026 - February 25, 2027
- Duration: 14 weeks of hands-on instruction.

- Mandatory Orientation: October 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
- Earned Credential: Upon successful completion of the course, students will earn an official Food Allergen Awareness certificate.
Enrollment Requirements
- Identification: A valid picture ID (passport, driver's license,ect.)
- Prerequisities: Successful completion of Culinary Arts I or instructor approval.
- Certifications: A valid Food Handlers Card.
- Acedemic Assessment: Achieve a CASAS Reading Score of 220+ during orientation testing.
- Required Footwear: Students are responsible for bringing and wearing closed-toe, non-slip shoes.
